Anxiety Therapy

Are you held back by worry, self-doubt, and procrastination?

Do you put off going for that dream job or taking action on your creative projects? Do you find yourself wanting to connect with people but avoiding opportunities to do so?  I can help. I’ll work with you to overcome fear and anxiety so that you can take steps toward living your best life.

We’ll build a safe therapeutic space to help you identify and create a new relationship with the unhelpful thoughts and beliefs that hold you back.

You may be struggling with workplace anxiety, overthinking, or imposter syndrome. Maybe you’ve recently moved, changed jobs, or started a new relationship, and you want to break out of the loop of always predicting the worst or dwelling on the past. Perhaps you’re hoping to forge new friendships or pursue a creative project, and you want to get past the roadblock of your harsh inner critic. Or you might be struggling—like so many are—with overwhelm and hopelessness that are natural responses to endless scrolling, social disconnection, and cycles of bad news.

I’ve been there and I want to help.

No matter what your unique struggles with anxiety are, we will work on helping you develop ways to make room for uncomfortable feelings in order to pursue the things that really matter to you. You will build the resilience and perspective needed to act with greater confidence with the knowledge that what you are doing is worth it. This applies even when it might be painful and challenging to do so. Especially then.

Above all, we’ll work to identify what you truly value and what kind of person you want to be. This knowledge will serve as a guiding light showing the path to a more fulfilling life.
