Or you might be struggling—like so many are—with overwhelm and hopelessness that are natural responses to endless scrolling, social disconnection, and cycles of bad news.

I am a licensed therapist with over twenty years of experience helping people through talk therapy and the creative arts. I integrate Creative Arts Therapy with CBT and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to bring to conscious awareness the ways we hold ourselves back and to enable you to strive towards your goals and aspirations.
